is a global hospitality development company founded in 2015. It is a subsidiary of Deep Blue Private Ltd, an investment company focused on resorts and other tourism businesses in the Maldives. Pulse Hotels & Resorts acts as an umbrella brand for a diverse portfolio of innovative and contemporary hotels, resorts and real estate projects, all developed in line with the guiding principles of smart, playful, rooted and responsible.
As creators of exceptional experiences, Pulse Hotels & Resorts uses commercial and innovative thinking to develop properties that are intelligent, inspiring and delightful. The group currently operates three resorts: The Nautilus Maldives, Kandima Maldives and Nova Maldives, with three additional properties scheduled to open in 2025 and 2026.
In addition to its hospitality ventures, the company is involved in other key businesses including Manta Air, the fastest growing airline in the Maldives, with a fleet of 21 seaplanes and ATR aircraft serving both domestic and international routes. In addition, the company operates Dhaalu Airport, a fully-fledged international airport that serves the resorts in Dhaalu Atoll and the wider South Maldives region.
The Coral Residences is an integrated beachfront residential development featuring a carefully curated collection of 40 luxurious two and three bedroom apartments. Designed and created with meticulous attention to detail, The Coral Residences is the epitome of contemporary sophistication, boasting generous spaces and stylish living areas nestled in the shimmering blue heart of the Maldives.
